I'm keeping my fingers crossed that you get good neighbors. We are in the same position. Each house out here has to be on 10 acres because of the watershed. However, the people to the south of us are pretty close. They actually live in New York and rent out their house here so over the years we've had some strange renters. However, now they are going to sell it and we are worried that we'll get someone who will want to cut all the trees, complain about the dogs, etc. etc. It's very worrisome. At least with renters if they are bad you have the possiblitiy that they will move on. But owning a house is pretty permanent.

Well, I guess it's official. Olive is gone. She won't be back. Her profile has been pretty much deleted. What a shame and a waste of a good person and a knowledgable person. This is just too sad .
