Well, I'm going to have to get going. I have to go pick up my little hot dog from school. LOL My daughter is one of the crew doing 'ads' during a variety show tonight and landed the role of the hot dog. Funniest. Costume. Ever.

Ha Ha I love asking her how ketchup and mustard are doing.

OH! My kid got the part of "Max" from "Where the monsters are" for the first graders play! He was so excited to picked.

Tee, supposed to have 60's Sunday... Oh, but rain... Of course this is Michigan, so, wait ten minutes and the next days forcast will change.

tee, at the Speedway on Chicago drive, the daytime manager will have upselling competitions with the clerks. The loser has to wear either the hotdog costume during lunch rush, or the pizza costume. That is always funny.

Rusty, Im sorry I didnt answer your PM yet. I suck. Thank you for your concern. I am really frazzled and wore thin. Id probably go get drunk if I didnt have to remain on prime alert for anything my daughter needs. OR I would run off and hide in starbucks with the lap top if I didnt need to be within running range.
As it is- I am very very angry that I was not told about this THING in my kids head, angry that nobody will do the MRI that I have been asking for, and just plain angry.

so is it or isn't it? I'm glad she's doing better. I hope your other doc can help you!

It hard to believe it has nothing to do with seizures and other symptoms that she has- that many people have- with a cyst. I dont understand why- and I am a WHY person. Nobody has been able to give me the WHY that i need.

Mom, I am glad your girl had a much better day today. Keeping the prayers going that she continues to have better days.

Well... Noodle was in the nesting box tonight... Maybe she will grace me with an egg in the morning.
Maybe she is just hidding out from the 2 frizzles that just started roosting last night. Once I took Nugget out of the coop they decided to get off the floor and become real chickens LOL. Peking is the man of the coop now!
Do silkies roost? Maybe mine is "special"... She is the only one that can't figure out how to get up the ramp and into the coop. I am sure the feathers blocking her vision don't help... I should trim those tomorrow.

My son has a mild croup. No "barking" yet... hopefully it won't get that bad... and a slight whistling when he breathes out. I gave him cough syrup before I realized what it was

I put him in the bathroom and turned on the hot water until it ran out,
I put Vicks on him,
I sucked the boogers out of his nose,
I put the humidifier right next to his bed,
I boiled water and put tea tree oil in it and had him hold his head over it with a towel,

But you want to know what helped him the most?
Bundling him up and sitting on the porch while it was raining! He stopped coughing within a few minutes.
Now his windows are open and the humidifier is on and he is sleeping.
I just keep going in to check on him. I will probably camp out in his room tonight. He has never had croup and I have heard it can get really serious

Here is hoping it won't!

I will allow it to rain as long as long as it keeps DS asleep and cough free! Keep the rain coming!...Just over my house is fine with me!
