Evening everyone. What a nasty day it was outside today. We had mostly rain, but managed to see a wee bit of snow mixed in with it at one point. I didn't get much done today either thanks to a bit of an upset tummy all day. In fact, I am currently in procrastination mode as I type. I have a few last minute things to tack onto my daughter's costume for tomorrow and I just wish I could snuggle up in bed instead. Sigh.

Nova, I'm glad you're still feeling better and that you talked to a doctor.
silver, glad everything is going okay by you and that the trees didn't fall on your coop.
Mom2, how incredibly frustrating. I don't blame you one bit for being super mad.

Chicken training, indeed! I had my rooster trained to hop up, and my hen.......I've been working on these ones, haven't had enough time to do it right though.

She sort of looks like Taprock too!!!

Cat scan for Kayla showed a cyst in her right temporal lobe- since 2007. Nobody told me until by accident on October 14th. She had an MRI on Saturday, October 27th- report says: MRI NORMAL. Miracle? Praise God? OR W T Heck? Someone needs to explain stuff to me, and soon. I am beyond blown away and angry- just dont know who I am supposed to be angry at. AND- did it burst? Is this why she has had a chronic severe headache? OR Does someone just not know what they are doing?

AMAZING... I don't know what to think! ?????

BYFM, about that hen, for the link, I think she's already gotten her answer. speckledhen, the one time mod, she is very very familiar with the issue, and repsonded with pictures. She had the same darn problem with them SLW and GLW, that I had with my 3 SLWs. AND, the neighbors SLW is doing the same darn thing. Him and I both got ours from FFH who is supplied by Townline. Make's ya wonder, doesn't it, what they are doing, or what is happening to have this happen. I was beginning to wonder if it wasn't because I have everyone on Flockraiser/Multiflock with free choice oyster. BUT all of his birds are on a layer mash, and look! Same thing is happening to his hen. Just rediculous.

I just thought you might be able to offer something more...

Gotta work til five. Plan on firing anyone who doesnt do their job today....so that I can keep my head on the counter, lol.

AND my three year old husband was throwing plates this morning Cool new way to do dishes- glad he showed me, its going to make cleaning the kitchen so much easier.

Goodness Kim. I know it's impossible but girl, you need a vacation !!! Your mind needs a vacation too. Dink needs to quit throwing his little kid tantrums. Why in the world is he throwing your dishes? Smack him around a few times and tell him to grow the frick up. No sense in that. I like Dink a lot but he needs to quit throwing his tantrums. Doesn't he realize you have your hands full enough with Kayla and the other two ? Men....I swear !!!!
