lol. I know one recipe. It is the simplest recipe. Only has 4 incredients. Super yummy. LOL. BUT, NY style is my favorite, only I know not how to make it, hate to experiement till I get it right. LOL. No wonder it cost so much, but If I am correct in my thinking, I am thinking it's a custard, so... yeah...

Kinda, yes. It involves a bunch of cream cheese, a bunch of eggs, a bunch of sugar, butter.........it gets baked, and depending on your tastes and the recipie it can be creamy, dense, custardy, ............I go for the denser ones personally Gordon foods makes one that i adore! And it can't have too much butter, that kills if for me!

I have been choosy with the recipes because most of them call for setting the baking dish in a pan of water, then baking...........i'm thinking "good ol' skillet to the rescue"! I am not a big fan of special procecures, i like to keep it simple!

I also have a crust i wanna try out that is sugar, flour, butter...........a crumb crust, not a grahm crust........I noticed that the fancy ones have something that is not a grahm crust, but similar? So i am looking for the perfect crust too.......goes in with the "10 ingredient" standards, no fancy stuff that comes from a box or a can..............

Me either. I am guessing I will just have to keep buying it when I want it. Starbucks has an awesome one. It is my ulitmate favorite. Russ's makes this cheese cake that it more like mouse/whipped. Yuck. I think that one has to be the worst one I have ever tasted. John, however, likes it. I'd say there is no accounting for taste, but that's not really right either.

Man, last night I had to shoot a cat in the butt with a B.B gun, due to the fact that it was fixing to make a chicken dinner out Sunshine, my fav. hen. Lol. Poor kitty got shot in the butt. Twice!

He is fine. I saw him this morning. He needs to stay away. Otherwise, it'll be my ada with the shotgun!

Only had a problem with one feral cat, took a chick.... Tried again, but the big guy got him and he never came back after that. By the big guy, I had a HUGE bird (cockerel) don't know what it was, but he got the stray one day.... Let me see if I can find his pic....
Here he is... He was a 12 pounder... Think he may have been part marans...

IM sadly thinking she maybe right ... and therefore do not know if i want a MR Tiny ... I know Daffy is a roo .. and hes sweeter than Tiny and does not get into stuff either ...
