Fuzzy's Farm

random question, then i gotta try and sleep.......... does any of you have a recommendation for a laundry soap that does not fade clothes?

I don't do much here, just DH and i........so it takes forever to use a bottle! this bottle of cheapo (dollar store) stuff we have currently is horrible! Took 2 levels of black of the shirts, in 2 washes! Been a while since i bought soap, i had a huge bottle of random all natural soap that lasted me most of last year before, and i don't even know if it's still being made! Wasn't great, but not as terrible as this stuff is!

RP's were mention, but... no one is sure...

I use Purex naturals. I like it very much. Wash and rinse on cold. Use short wash also unless the clothing is very very filthy.

Sleep well fuzzy. I have the idea that I should probably clean up this toy room.

Did you see my book publishing link, Nova? I didn't understand if you retained copyright, but they turn out some nice product! They will print you books, link you to buyers...........

Nah, my chickens sometimes get extra names added to the original............plucky became lucky plucky man, blue was blue the roo.....................cocoa was queen cocoa puff..............lol.

Or you start out with Fritz... and then realise you need to add Jerk to the end... LOL

I like Cheer. It has a Dark formula that works great. I've also used Purex and it's pretty good too.

Some of this sounds okay as far as copyright goes. The only thing I really couldn't understand was the "third party" situation or the "proprietary rights". I think what this means is that say you decide to publish with Lulu. You create a book and lulu distributes it. Now, what I think it is saying is that say, a large publisher is interested in your book. You can't resell your book to that second publisher and have them distribute it. I could be totally wrong about that. It seems vague about "restrictions" and the "sharing...or creating derivative works" is okay if you say it is but again, there are those "restrictions"... And maybe I was looking in the wrong places but I couldn't find out what they actually charge you for printing and distributing and marketing. Those costs can get really high and if nothing actually sells, you could be on the hook for a lot of money owed to LuLu. I'd check it out VERY carefully = do a google search for reviews, etc. and if you do get serious, get a lawyer to review EVERRYTHING! It's so easy to get into something that's not good == but it could be a genuine serevice. I don't know.

Why do you not want to go through a traditional publisher?
