Put a heat lamp in my chicken tractor. Temp this morning was 29 and the temp gauge inside the tractor coop was reading 50. I used a 60 watt bulb cause it's warm but not hot enough to burn. Also put a blanket over to help keep the heat in. Just in cause anyone else was wondering how well it would work.
