Got my EE eggs yesterday. 9 in the bator and one that was cracked. So, now I have brown white and blue in the bator... quite cheery! Can't wait til I start getting chicks!

I hope all of BYC will accept my apologies. I have misspelled Buff Orpingtons.

My ladies are getting special treats from me today as follows:

Brussel sprouts to be picked, turnip tops, worms from the worm bed and also I am making them a special bread from home grown cornbread, homemade goat buttermilk and a side of scrambled eggs with some shell that I dropped yesterday on pick ups.

Well I just want to that those that brought this to my attention. I would never want to have my name misspelled. Thanks all of BYC and have a happy day!

Y'all I've been delighted with the orders. Our ladies (hens of course thank you).

I can fill an order for RIR, Barred rock, or White Leghorns this week, and Easter Eggers and a order for Speckled Sussex on Thursday. Folks are stopping their cars by our house ----to buy eggs .....amazing....Actually they are trying to figure out what the chickens are living in .....they never saw the moveable trailers. I wish each of you could see folks look at these tractors in our front yard.

Buff Orphingtons are very popular now as well but I can fill an order againearly next week.

Then as a personal update....I turned around today and bought 9 Wellsummers from a fellow BYC today.....a very nice man and a new chicken friend. I think I have the chicken bug "smile"Well, I must back to chores, but wanted to let you know how the sales were coming and say a BIG THANK YOU to all of you who have made referrals or bought eggs.
