    i've hatched three times.

batch 1: i was using a diferent bator but it was a little giant too.
Results: a great hatch, all but 7 out of 3 dozen hatched.

batch 2: i wasn't using the same bator as b4 but is was still a little giant.
    results: the worst is history.

Batch 3: using the same bator as batch 2. BUT diferent humidity.
Results: 1 poor lonly chick hatch but out of 4 eggs, 3 made it to at least day 17.

I don't get it!! why can't i ever have a succsesful hatch!! [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]

There's a lot of things to factor into a hatch:
    are the eggs fertile?
    are the eggs shipped?
How much time elapsed between being laid and being put into the bator?
    Were the eggs turned properly?
And of course the biggies, What was your humidity at for the incubation period?
And what were the temperatures during the incubation period?
Keep really good records and you will get to the bottom of this.

was the second incubator new or used, if used ,was it disinfected very well, every millimeter. if you got bad germs ,your hatch go right out the door.
