Hi we are Jolene and Vinny we are new to chickens but intend on farming chickens to sell eggs locally. Any info or sugestions would be appreciated and welcomed. We currently have 6 ameraucanas (mostly for kids) 3buff orpingtons, 2 polish crested, 1 brown orp., 2barred rocks, 2rir, and 25 red stars on the way. (Within two weeks)

Red stars will give you loads of eggs  - do you need permit to sell eggs to the public, in your city?

Yes im building a kitchen in my garage. I have to get a three compartment sink and a hand washing sink and a cooler, then they will inspect rule it safe and consumable for human use.
