Black Ice eyed the two newborns with soft eyes. Though she complained earlier, than was because she was mad at being unbred. Titan had taken care of that, and the black mare remembered how nursing multiple foals hadn't been that bad. As she stood, watching, Sleet approached to suckle.

Flare returned his nicker. Inside, she still felt apprehensive, but she was trying not to let it overwhelm her. Sage appeared to be a caring stud, handsome, too.
