Champ bucked, and tossed his cream colored mane. He tucked his head, and turned heading toward a river.

Champ sighed. He finally had a mare. Now to get some more. He lifted his head, scenting the air, and suddenly smelled an old friend's scent, mixed in with many mares. "Onyx." He muttered.
