Your jokes are so funny they make me laugh out loud! (Body-building chickens...

Thank you for posting pics of your flock. I never get bored looking at chickens, and when you post the pics I am thinking that you're a good chicken keeper who cares about his birds. Your chickens are so pretty! I know this is silly because who cares how chickens look, right? Only meat and eggs are important. But now I want to have arabic chickens or village chickens when the laws where I live change! I want chickens who will be happy in 40 degree weather instead of dying. I can't afford to hire a servant to fan them all day.
As for "hard feathers," I think it's just not a very good expression to describe the chickens. Maybe "flat feather covering" would be better. I notice your hand doesn't really sink into fluffy feathers when you hold your chickens. Since yours weren't born with the chicken equivalent of this
they would be happy where I live...
I think God must be laughing at us. I want the kind of chickens where you live and you want the kind of chickens where I live! We have a saying in the U.S.: "The grass always looks greener on the other side of the fence."
I hope your broody village hen does well with your eggs. I'm praying for you. (I hope God is not laughing too hard to listen...)
I know you are very busy, so I will not think it rude if you don't answer. I know you send nice thoughts.
