does anyone make a camera that uses infrared led's instead of flash? Looking for a wavelength that is not visible to the human eye.

have a secluded property that has had gamecam's stolen and has had a trailer burned up. thinking that the cameras are identified during the night with the flashes.

any suggestions appreciated.

no internet at the property, so a dvr with live streaming to an off site storage is not possible.

That really sucks.... I hate thieves and scumbags! An infared flash will reduce the visability of the flash but not eliminate it entirely. It is made to be invisible to animals but not humans. Anyway, You might want to get a steel box and lock for it. There is some guy out in michigan or wisconsin that custom makes REALLY strong boxes that I found on the web. Just cant remember what his name is at this time. Do a search on bear box and game cameras and look through them you might find him that way. The commercial ones aren't very strong and can be pryed open pretty easily. Good luck.
