Game cock limping

I would also try giving him some epsom salt baths. I did this for one of my hens, which I'm sure has helped a lot because she did not move for 20 minutes while I soaked her in the kitchen sink in hot water. She got a little hot and breathed out her mouth, but it felt like she recovered pretty quick. I did this until the 2lb carton ran out for a few days. If he's limping too bad, you might consider putting him into a hammock with his legs sticking out to keep the weight off his foot. This happened to my hen, who went from no walking to hobbling on hocks to now fully recovered and standing back up, though no jumping quite yet. Make sure he has food and water within reach.
