prariechiken, those are pretty splash hens. oh and IrishM, if your amount of land lets you, you could keep them penned for a week or two, then let them free. this worked for me, they learned were food came from so they stuck around. urrgh, but if you neighbor is the one rasing them, they might spend there time over there!!! so urgghhhh.....
