Game hen

Purchased a confined, all her 8 month, life game hen. She will not come out of the coop and free range with the others, stays on the roost most of the day. She has food and water there during the day. Does she still think she cant come out?
She has been with us 1 month. Not normal chicken, will not even dust bath or scratch for bugs on the coop floor. Pick her up and take her out, she runs back like her life is in danger, so I don't do that anymore.

Can you please post some photos of the hen?

Do you see her eating/drinking?
Check her regularly for lice/mites - if she seems healthy otherwise, just give her time and see how it goes.
