🤣

True. I suppose it doesn't help that Couldn't tell the difference between roo and hen either. I'm pretty new to this which is Why I joined the community.
I figured if I could find the breed, I could better prepare should the need arise. I've heard game birds are deadly and was trying to determine if he IS one.
Sorry for being the annoying "newbie" with wayyy to many questions.
I do appreciate the info
No worries your bird looks like some sort of bantam cross with who knows what else. You don’t have anything to worry about. He’s probably OEGB mixed with some kind of layer breed maybe mixed back and forth a few times. He’s definitely not an actual game stag (young game rooster) and I have no idea what people are calling hatchery quality American games.
Game birds = pheasant, quail, partridge etc...not gamefowl. Things just get confusing.

I thought this was a thread started by @Aklady318 about their bird.

It has been ID'd. Why is this still going?
I just figured there was a BYC "money pool" going on in the back with the wonderful information given. 😉

Dang you guys are RAD!
I do have one last picture of him and again, thank you All so much for your knowledge and expertise.

Just for general knowledge to get something straight. To those ignorant to the facts about games. They are NOT aggressive to humans. Back in the day the very last thing a handler wanted in the pit was a cock to turn on them. Man fighters are culled. Those who are saying they are do not know what they are talking about and need not spread bad information. Thats why they get a bad rap either people spewing bad information that is not true or those who think they will be all fine growing up together in one pen cause the owner has this great idea that they can change something that started thousands of years ago, you cant and wont. Look if you don't know them just leave them alone let the folks that are actually knowledgeable about them keep them and stay with your regular ones.
Oh and its gamefowl not bird

You should continue to post updated pictures. It might become clear later on that he is a different breed, or whether or not he’s a mix.
