as for the mail.. you have to go into the attic get on the phone and do your wii connect 24 settings... to ON.. and then when you go to Write a letter there is a small tab in the upper left hand corner send to another town. I had to switch towns to write her a letter... But hopefully if you change your settings you will get it..
