I would suggest The Conduit, but I'm one of the few people who truly enjoys that game. Hackers.
However, the most violent thing in the game is when you shoot an alien in the head with a human weapon. Think Mentos and Diet Coke, only orange and viscous.
Otherwise, no blood worth mentioning, and the language is extremely mild compared to, say, Halo 3. Then there's the option of 007 Goldeneye, or 007 Quantum of Solace. Goldeneye looks better, though.
Good deduction
:
Well, a friend of mine has Quantum of Solace and Goldeneye. I've played Quantum of Solace and have seen Goldeneye gameplay on Youtube, and it looks vastly superior. Hopefully I can try it soon.

I've heard of Quantam of Solace... But not Goldeneye. Perhaps, i'll look them up.
And Desert Rooster, I haven't played the Silent Hill games. What are they like?

*Ahem* Goldeneye is ONLY the most overhyped Wii shooter in history!
They say The Conduit was overhyped, but my goodness, it pales in comparsion to the Goldeneye hype. Sadly, the AK-47 doesn't get enough credit in the game. It's the stereotypical crappy inaccurate assault rifle that you always ditch as soon as a shiny H&K goody shows up.
*Walks away muttering about the 300 yard accurate range of the AK-47*
The Orange Box is a bundle that includes five titles from Valve: Half-Life 2; Half-Life 2:Episode 1; Half-Life 2: Episode Two; Team Fortress 2, the sequel to the game that put class-based, multiplayer team warfare on the map; and Portal, the game that blends puzzles, first person action, and adventure gaming to produce an experience like no other.
Hm... Since the 3DS probably has wi-fi and internet access, I wonder if someone can upload his own characters onto that dating sim... *coughIwantoneforusgirlsalreadycough*
