I agree. Although 5 is the most I've had at once. It's quite contagious and happens very fast without warning.

I have over 250 between chickens and ducks...

17 is the last time I counted number of broodys at one time... might have had more than that this year, lol...

You need more Ohiki... think I had 5 of those at once... they community brood, lol...

I have 1 ohiki hen. She went broody once and I have her 5 eggs. None developed. Then I have her more eggs that I knew were fertile..... none developed.

That's amazing to not have any. I'm glad I did this year but they got carried away with it.
