So I have @AC eggs in the incubator right now...... Did you guys do lock down at day 18 or at first pip?
I check the air cells. If they look a bit small, I give them another day before I up the humidity. When I saw a few internal pips, then I felt it was time.
I always do day 18 though mine have been consistently hatching a day late. I think I need to up my temps a bit lol
I stop turning day 17 or 18... and up humidity at first pip... but I constantly battle humidity here...

Too humid by you? I do dry incubation and average 28% here in central jersey.... Last time I did lockdown at day 18 and had 2 live chicks out of the 6 expected. The others never pipped. Thinking I should try something different this time
Yep, I run dry as well... and that's still not always enough... had one drown this morn after it internally pipped... :/

Definitely no running dry here - the eggs would be desiccated certain times of the year!
