GAMES FOR EGGS and other fun prizes

I was thinking that was a treat kind of thing, nothing to be expected... hopefully my silver Hmong hatch healthy, I do plan on keeping them all, even if they have to stay in my house...though that would be about a year out before I could expect to contribute to the games ;) Those will be a cool prize...

LOVe!!!!! :love
Wow - those are really beautiful!

I don't have anything to share yet either - unless someone wants barnyard mix eggs. :gig

Hey girl!!!! How are you doing!?

Agreed, that's too much mulberry.  However, I have seen them show some mulberry in the wattles during winter months and darken up again once they get more sun again.  I'd look for a better boy, but don't be in a rush to dismiss this one just yet.  I suspect he'll still have too much mulberry, because even his face is showing color, not just the wattles.  Do you have any other boys to choose from?

Thanks everyone. I appreciate the critique of that cockerel. The pullet from the same hatch has NO mulberry at all. He has a pink tongue, but no white toenails. I have four more juvies growing out. Depending on the day I have either 2 or 3 pullets and one definite cockerel (maybe). The one bird that is messing with me had white on the wings and toes at hatch. Now it just has a couple clear nails and no white feathers. I won't give up on the first male, but he may be bumped.... Good temperament on him though...
