what are some games your chickens enjoy? i always feel like mine are bored!

keep away is definitely the favorite game. usually with a snail i toss in the run.

I havent done this yet but i heard about tether cabbage, so the chickens could peck it and it would swing. its worth a try!

"Find the bugs!" I dig a shovel-ful of fresh garden dirt, bugs& all then place it in the run & tell them to get the bugs. Those chickens start scratching and pecking like champions!

I find that they just LOVE to run around outside and forage and sunabathe and dust bathe and do things like that. Also, if they are friendly, mine like to "help" me in the garden. When I am planting sprouts and digging things up they like to, again I say "help" by eating my plants and scratching around in the newly upturned dirt.
