Gander or Goose, White Chinese

it's generally recommended to keep new birds separate for at least a week (or two) "quarantine" to watch them for health issues. Put them where they can see your goose through a fence so they all get used to seeing each other.
Thanks. <3 I will definitely quarantine them. I got my goose as a gosling last year and she's the 1st one I ever got so I'm still learning about these great birds.

looking again i think they’re ganders because the necks are so long . so basically i’m guessing. iwould test their behavior to try and find out. like walk towards them and see if they both come at you with outstretched necks …

by the way, let me say this is one of the wonderful things about My geese, Pilgrims, they are auto sexing , at birth, , but not only at birth, ,, their whole life long, ( sorry I know that doesn’t help you with these)

Here’s a couple more photos, I don’t know of this helps…I’m trying to compare those two to my known ganders

First picture - two in back are ganders
Second picture - two in front are the ganders

(So is the brown one but he doesn’t count :)).

Thank you all so much for the info! 🥰 I decided to go ahead and get both and if both are ganders, I'll just choose my fave to keep and rehome the other. I figured having both I would get to know their personalities better, than if I just chose one from just a few minutes of observation.
