Gapeworm, Help!

I have 1 RIR hen with Gapeworm, I'm sure that's it by her symptoms. I have tried Ivermectin paste, Ivomec on the nape of her neck.
Nothing is working. I don't want to over medicate. Any other ideas? I would appreciate any feedback!
