Yes, you can give the Tylan and Safeguard at the same time.
Dose for Tylan50 is 0.25ml per pound of weight given orally 3 times a day for 5 days in case you find it at TSC and need dosing info.

Curious if you are saying to give Tylan 50 injectable form orally? I have one hen who I want to make sure gets her dose & I heard that injecting it causes issues with the tissue & Ive already done the powder in water for 7 days.

If you've already dosed your bird(s) with Tylosin (soluble) in the water, then you've finished your course of treatment.
