Gapeworm or not?

Hi! I have an Ornagadori hen, at about one year old. She has been gasping for air, making noises while doing that. Also, she has been sneezing a lot too. Do you think this could be a gapeworm due to the heavy breathing? And if so, could you recommend any treatments for her. But if not, what else do you think it could be? Thanks!

If she is eating and drinking, it's not gapeworm. If it were, other birds would most likely be infected, same for a respiratory disease.
I suspect it might be something in the environment, for example; feed dust, dust from dust bathing, mold or fungus inside the coop or on the ground, ammonia fumes from soiled litter, improper ventilation, pollen, pesticide use etc...
These issues can be corrected or eliminated.
Just to be sure, open her mouth and look for any signs of lesions or blockages.

I think there was a little blockage in her throat, but not much.

I was just watching her outside, and I saw her eating and drinking. She previously had been attacked by our old rooster, and he ripped her neck open. And now she has finally healed from that. So maybe her breathing could be from the rooster attack or a respiratory infection.

I doubt it's a respiratory infection and it's good to hear that she is eating and drinking.
It could be scar tissue interfering with her breathing due to the injury. If that's the case, there's not much that can be done. It should heal completely in time and eventually shrink.
