Gapeworm or something else??

What exactly do you feed?
We use to feed them feed mixed with a bit of cracked corn but since I have seen that they eat less in the heat and need more of their feed then the corn and we changed it 4 weeks ago for 95% feed and 5% corn and 5 days ago to pure feed and some grit.

What exactly do you feed?
I was in vacation for 5 days seeing my grandparents and we had someone keep an eye on them they have no hens only dogs so we taught them how to handle them and what to change when coming to their coop they came three times a day to check on if they where moving or if they where lethargic and to change water and check if they had feed because the day we got back we saw her sneeze.

Ok.
I don't think you have anything to worry about at this time.
I highly recommend not ever buying the corn again and just feeding the complete balanced feed.

Then what could it be? I pretty much stress myself about everything at this point have lost hens to things I could have prevented and yeah my head hurt every bit when something happens to them but I try not to worry but then I say to myself what would happen if I don’t pay them attention

They had corn mixed with feed for a long time before since they where skinny and we tried putting corn since we got them in September and it was starting to get cool and we tried to make them a bit fatter or for them to have more breast muscle .

But why is it now that she’s like that and not before when it was mixed. She’s inside we are monitoring her and she’s okay

I can't tell you why she's like that.

The only reason I mentioned the feed is because by you giving her corn you are taking away from her getting a balanced diet.
Birds that do not get a balanced diet can get overweight extremely quickly and overweightness itself can cause health issues.

She could be sick with a respiratory disease or something in the air could be bothering her ....dust perhaps.
I don't know.

If she's eating well and drinking on her own there isn't much you can do at this point but observe.

When she was out running for over 3 hours she was good and when we put her in her coop she started to eat and mins later she started took her out and stopped and put her in for a bit and she sneezed now she’s inside and not sneezing

Inside where right now?
Inside the coop where she eats?
