Gapeworm?? or something else??

I have a pullet who is not doing well. She seems tired and withdrawn and appears to be having difficulty breathing. I took a video of her. Please take a look especially if you know what gapeworm looks like. Is that what this is? or something else? Gapeworm is not very common, and if they have it, you can find it. Swab the throat with a Qtip and if they are there you will see thready worms on the Qtip.

I wonder if she has swallowed something that hs gotten stuck partway down. If you can't see anything down there, you could try bits of soft bread with some oil on them, hopefully to help it slide down.
