Garden Coop Finished!!!--Final Picture Update

Well almost. I just need to put shingles on the roof. I built this with absolutely no prior experience. Only a cheap jigsaw and rechargeable drill--and a quilting ruler!!! Yes ladies--instead of a builder's square

It was quite a challenge and I wanted to throw in the towel several times. I broke 3 drill bits--darn pallet wood is hard. Several mistakes along the way that had to be corrected--but in the end this lady prevailed!!! And it only took 6 weeks---

But the chicks are happy campers

Every time I got discouraged I came in here and looked at all the cool coops and looked for tips--and found lots of them-- and got re-inspired to go out there and tackle the darned thing. (Plus the darned chicks were in my garage!) So I have to say that you gals can accomplish a coop if you set your mind to it!
