Garden for my chickens?

I want to plant some seeds so when it grows, my chickens can eat it and poop to fertilize it and eat all the bugs.

The seeds I have available are:
basil
chives
mizuna
garden bean
radish
luttuce
kale
collards
spinach
fennel
egg plant
tomato
dill
kailaan
pea
mint

Which ones are safe and would work? Any experiences?
