Try a Piel De Sappo (skin of the toad) melon for taste, it's what a store honeydew cries itself to sleep wishing it could be.

Actually I trellis most of my melons onto an old chainlink fence, it does double duty, hides an ugly fence, and lets me use the dirt for other crops, while keeping fruit off the ground.
