Hi guys, I have a 2 year old blueberry plant, we just transplanted it to the garden last year and it did well. well this year, the growth is going well, but no blooms yet. my blackberries and strawberries have bloomed out and started berries. what the heck? Is it just to early to expect blooming or is something wrong?

(I live in the midwest, we've had temps averaging 60-80 the past few weeks if that helps. )

thanks!

well, when we first got it we had tons of blooms and got about a half a bowl full of berries(which I thought was pretty good considering how small the plant was). maybe it bloomed in the pot because of the stress? I dunno, I've looked around online but am not finding much beyond how to plant them. I just hope I'm not doing something wrong

Some bloom a little later in the year. When I read your post I had to go look at mine. 4 blueberries, 1 huckleberry. 2 of the blueberries are blooming and the huckleberry is just starting. The other 2 do not have flowers on them. I'm pretty sure they will produce since I got berries off all of them last year, and they all look healthy. BTW all are different varieties.
