I imagine it would have taken around 30 minutes or more to oven bake it.
I certainly does. I of course do a larger quantity at a time when I bake them. Doing one would be not a good choice.
I will try the nuke method in a day or two, when I want some potato for dinner side.

Here are the picture of some of the hazelnuts I harvested, some are regular small and some are so large … I’ve never found such large ones before 😅

@cavemanrich have you tried nuking any potatoes yet? My microwave has a potato cycle. It still depends on the size, shape, maturity and moisture content of each one but it’s a great way to have a side dish in mere minutes!
No, not yet, But as Curly would say... "DAYS' NOT OVER"
But I did this with some yellow potatoes yesterday.
Seasonings
Pinch of salt
Rosemary Garlic dry seasoning
Sweet Basil dry.

The next step is to break some eggs over them, scramble them lightly with the turner. After finished cooking, serve with some salsa on top.

Today I'm making chili. Only thing from garden is a few Chili peppers my neighbor gave me.
I soaked the beans overnight.
Here is a sneak peek.
Those small green circle thingies are the peppers. (serrano)
The longer strand things are chopped cooked chicken breast meat.
