Yay! The ortho dr says i just have deep bone bruising. So no permanent damage from the fall! It has been hurting for a month now so i figured i should get it checked.

Good to hear it's nothing serious. It can take months for stuff like that to heal.Yay! The ortho dr says i just have deep bone bruising. So no permanent damage from the fall! It has been hurting for a month now so i figured i should get it checked.
Are you talking about your knees? Glad it's nothing too serious, though I'm sure it still hurts a lot.Yay! The ortho dr says i just have deep bone bruising. So no permanent damage from the fall! It has been hurting for a month now so i figured i should get it checked.
You don't want to find out you have something like rheumatoid arthritis, which is an autoimmune disease, which requires treatment to keep it from advancing too far. Odds are it's just regular old arthritis, but I would get checked, just to know for sure.
Yep, i was carrying the cat when i stepped over the dog. My foot stuck inside the bottom of my pjs. Down i went, slamming both knees! After a month of pain i decided it wasn't getting better by itself. Are you talking about your knees? Glad it's nothing too serious, though I'm sure it still hurts a lot.
@CarolinaSunshineFlock ~ I agree with oldhens. Get it checked. If it is something more serious like RA, you need to start treatment asap. Once damage occurs, it can not be fixed.
Anyone thinking they may have RA, Lupus or any of the other arthritic diseases, if you don't have life insurance or think you need more, get it before getting diagnosed. Once you are diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder, you are not able to get life insurance, at least any you can afford.
Wow, unbelievable! And can life insurance cancel on you should they find out you're at death's door?@CarolinaSunshineFlock ~ I agree with oldhens. Get it checked. If it is something more serious like RA, you need to start treatment asap. Once damage occurs, it can not be fixed.
