Gardening for Old Folks (Adaptative)

I use cinder blocks for my raised beds. Love em! If you use the holes for planting, they do dry out faster, so be prepared to water the planted holes more often if needed.

Not here. We are back to a foot of hard crusty snow. Gonna be a while until I can garden here.

I was hoping to get something done here before I go in to get my left shoulder replacement reversed on the 24th of April. I guess I will be trying to garden with one arm for 6 weeks. Husband will be put to work too.

Can't even fire up my pond.

After my first knee replacement last year we converted my free formed raised beds into really raised beds. They were so easy to garden in.

I’ve broke my back twice and have had multiple knee injuries so I’m trying to make things as easy as possible!! Lol

I hope it will all be worth it too. I currently have troubles raising that arm because I no longer have a functioning rotator cuff. Bad thing is I recently hurt my right arm moving rabbits. So they both hurt.
