Hey everyone!

I know it's a long shot, but I was wondering if anyone has anyone garlic antipasto (I think that's what it's called..) recipes??? I love garlic and they sell this at bigY, but soo pricey! I tried making pickled garlic, which I thought was the same thing, but it wasn't half as good.

Thanks!

no antipasto but if you love garlic try this
super easy
cut up a big clove of garlic in 2
put them in the oven for a long time at low heat
on a pan and brush em lightly whit olive oil
when the garlic is cooked it become sweet and really tasty
its also softer and you can spread it on toasted piece of bread

its delicious

DIRECTIONS

1. In a small saucepan, combine stock and garlic cloves. Simmer for about 5 minutes, or until garlic is soft. Alternatively, microwave on High for 5 minutes in a microwave safe bowl.
2. Add basil to the bowl of a food processor; chop fine. Blend in stock mixture. Add Parmesan cheese and pine nuts; chop fine. Pesto can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 24 hours.
3. Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling, salted water until al dente. Drain well, and return to pot. Stir in pesto to coat pasta. Toss with tomatoes.
