I put garlic in my chickens water and now there pooping white. Is that from the garlic?

You shouldn't put so much garlic in their water that it would affect anything. Very small amounts if you do.

Garlic makes wierd, sticky and smelly poops. I don't use it, personally.

Could be, I've seen all kinds of colors, white, black, brown, a mix of those. No issues so far knock on wood. I tried a tiny dose of garlic when they were chicks, they opted out and preferred the probiotics.

It’s supposed to be a deterrent for chicken mites.
