That looks like rooster damage, and he'll most likely slice up the other ones as well. Some roosters just have poor technique and are rough like that.

I'm going to keep a close eye on the other hen and if he hurts her. I might have to get rid of him.

I de-spurred mine and it helped a lot but it turned out he was a bully to the hens so he had to go.
