Gel, first off, everyone is different so this may not apply to your situation. I started feeling symptoms (breast tenderness, sore hip ligaments, blah tummy) right about the time I noticed I was late. So, by the time I took the test I was pretty sure I was pregnant anyway. I know people that said they felt symptoms within days of conception, others never felt symptoms at all.
