Gathering Eggs

Hello everyone, I have been reading away here buy I have not found out how to gather eggs. I am getting about six eggs a day. What am I to do with them until I get enough to hatch.?

Do I keep warm and turn three times a day.

I put mine in cartons or flats and store at 40-45 degrees and set before 7 days, most say 10 days but I like 7 or less
