Ooh, I can reply in this thread...maybe, lol! I have two Blue Swedish ducks and 3 Khaki Campbell's (2 females, 1 male) on order. They should be shipped February 20th. My entry into Waterfowl I guess

OK, my turn. I have 6 mixed geese, the different breeds in them are 2 emden and giant dewlap cross. 3 that are the female from the first 2 along with an african daddy, she cheated on her supposed mate..lol and then I got a toulouse african gander. I had 2 african ganders but they were mean and I sold them. Then for ducks I have a quad of calls, a black sweedish drake with a brown quack hen and 1 white mascovy hen. I think I will sell her. I also have 7 cayyga and 3 crested cayuga babies on order for this spring. I have 3 call eggs in the bator growing too. I also plan on adding some pilgram goslings to the group from a friend that wants me to help sell her pilgram eggs. I will do a fertility hatch first. Jenn

We have 31 assorted ducks, including runners, rouens, a buff, swedes, scovies, harlequin, pekins, call, etc.

We have 7 geese.... 3 chinese, an embden, a toulouse, an african, and a sebastopol.

Brilliant! Birdnutz how did you make your pond? I love it. I'm looking to make a small pondish-pool for my waterfowl. Would love to know how you made yours. Glad to see all the waterfowl lovers!

I would love to know how you made the pond, too!

And if you want to get rid of some more of those silkie ducks, I am interested! LOL!!!

The pond is cement and painted with pond paint. We have a drain on the bottom corner that runs out into an outside pond (mudhole) that I'm going to use to water my garden. E-mail me about the ducks,we might be able to work something out. This is the outside of our duck pond. It's also their winter quarters. The guineas and some free range roosters also use it during the day when it's snowy and windy. We have a tank heater in it to keep it from freezing right now.
