Geese has mites

Urgent!
I have a gander that is 1 year old and I believe he has mites. His feathers are damaged. What can I use to treat this. I'm worried about him. Please help.

Waterfowl don't generally suffer from external parasites unless they are kept in unsanitary conditions, so did you actually see the mites on the goose? Could you post a picture of his damaged feathers?

Can you check around his vent, wings, neck, for any signs of mites/lice? Also how often is the goose able to bathe?

I allow them to free range all day and they have a pool for them to use. It is cleaned everyday.

I thought my geese had "Angel Wing" due to the diet they had when they were locked up in the barn due to Avion Flu. in the country.
However, I now have an itchy rash and I thought it was scabies and so did the doctor. I have been treated with permethrin 5% cream which is effective BUT I believe now that my geese have Bird mites
