Is the site having copy and pasting problems?

WHen I highlight text, it doesn't give me the Quote option tonight, which it normally does. Azygous is right, we've been invaded!

I’ve had this happen on Mac before.

Just to make sure I understand, are you only having issues copy/pasting within BYC? Are you able to copy/paste text within just your TextEdit app, or does that also fail?

The aggravating part is that this was not an issue one week ago. Now it is. What has changed? Has there been a site tech monkeying with the coding? It appears not to be able to read my material and decode it for posting to the site.

Can you take a screenshot of the text that you're trying to copy and paste?

A couple things I can think to troubleshoot:

• Make sure your Mac's clipboard is working properly. Can you copy text from BYC and paste it into a TextEdit document? If not, then there's a problem with the copy function.
• Are you using Safari as your browser? Trying downloading Firefox and trying to copy/paste within BYC from that.

This is only if you're up for messing around. I know how frustrating it is when things suddenly stop working!

I use my mail drafts folder to store a lot of the stuff I want to have handy to paste onto posts that I make to threads here. I go to that folder and copy the text I want to use, and then I have always just pasted it to my comment. Never had a problem doing that before.

I use Firefox browser. No, it seems a screenshot won't work on material in this mail folder.

My copy function seems to work okay if I want to copy something from BYC.
