I had three male Embden geese. They have always been protective of my whole flock(chickens, guineas, & ducks). I have seen them chase off everything from a coyote to a chipmunk(funny story lol). One night about a year ago at dusk a bobcat came into the yard. I didn't know it till I heard all the racket. One of my Embdens led the stalking cat back towards the back of my property. The other 2 geese were herding the flock into the coop. I scared the cat off, but unfortunately it came back a few days later during the day when I was at work, and killed one of my geese. I truly believe they were working as a teem and willing to sacrifice one of their own to protect the flock.
I have had geese and Muscovies for years and never had them fight, even introducing them as adults. Maybe it depends on the type of geese you have. I have had Embdens and Toulouse?
Geese are very intelligent and it always amazes me how they can think and figure things out.
I haven't had turkeys yet, so I can help you there.

Oh by the way the Bobcat was killed in the road right by my house a few days after killing my goose. My Dh went and looked and it was a female. This explains the day hunting, I bet she had young one close by.
