Geese wont lay...

I've had these geese for 3 years, they were adults and already laying when we bought them. 2 Ganders 2 Geese.
Though the girls have only layed 2 batches of eggs the past 3 years, only one egg has hatcehd since then

What could be causing this?
The geese are happy and healthy, I don't understand what's wrong...
