I will put in a plug for buff geese. I love mine. I hope the chinese gander is not too aggressive during breeding season. I really hope you end up liking your geese as much as I like mine!

Does anyone know why the geese that i have raised since 2nd day of life and where always friendly 1of my chinese white goose bit me really hard on my arm why she is typically friendly

Behavior changes sometimes when they become sexually mature, and if they anyway suspect that you are not their leader they can get a bit nasty. What age is she?

Chinese geese in general are very loud and can be aggressive... I have a non Dewlap African Goose and she is very tame and will let me get eggs from under her. Africans in general are very tame "Gentle Giants" and non dewlaps look extremely similar to brown chinese but more quiet and tame.

I just bought 6 fertile American Buff goose eggs and the lady stuck in a free white Chinese egg which is fertile as well. I wanted the Buff after reading so many good things about them, but not sure what I will do with the Chinese baby. Wish they had a better temperament.

I am just praying that they all make it to hatch day )

I think Chinese are given a bad wrap, go to the https://www.backyardchickens.com/t/747720/lets-have-a-gosling-hatchalong/400#post_10726126 and join in on the hatching.. all the best to you and your eggs. might want to go here too and talk to those that have them..https://www.backyardchickens.com/t/533413/the-african-and-chinese-goose-thread

I guess it depends on how much time and how devoted you are to raising it...my goose was never alone and is allowed inside so she started out very tame and hasnt ever bitten anyone...if you raise it just with the basic necessities it could end up quite mean!
