Behavior changes sometimes when they become sexually mature, and if they anyway suspect that you are not their leader they can get a bit nasty. What age is she?Does anyone know why the geese that i have raised since 2nd day of life and where always friendly 1of my chinese white goose bit me really hard on my arm why she is typically friendly
I think Chinese are given a bad wrap, go to the https://www.backyardchickens.com/t/747720/lets-have-a-gosling-hatchalong/400#post_10726126 and join in on the hatching.. all the best to you and your eggs. might want to go here too and talk to those that have them..https://www.backyardchickens.com/t/533413/the-african-and-chinese-goose-threadI just bought 6 fertile American Buff goose eggs and the lady stuck in a free white Chinese egg which is fertile as well. I wanted the Buff after reading so many good things about them, but not sure what I will do with the Chinese baby. Wish they had a better temperament.
I am just praying that they all make it to hatch day)
