The question is not whether the humorous commercial is remembered but if the product is remembered, and that's actually pretty hard to achieve with the humrous commercial. A good many people have commented to me, 'who the HECK dreamed up all those awful commercials with that FLO lady' (oh my if you only knew how much Progressive LOVED those FLO commercials and thought they were the bomb).

I think Geico's commercials are annoying for how OFTEN they are on. And yes, I found the cave man commercials disgusting, each and every one of them, and same for the lizard commercials. Lame lame lame.

The piggie commercial I found mildly amusing about half of once, but I have to hear it 1000 times or more a day. Bird in the hand? Not even that.
