Gender and breed of these 6 week old bantum chics

They look like mixed breed cockerels.
Mixed breed? Sort of like a Silkie yet Polish yet ? I'm going tot stick my neck out, darker head colored on Cockerel the lighter colored head Pullet? How old? Maybe more pictures in a couple of week?
